Christmas has arrived a week early for Texan fans, as free admission, free ornaments, a performance from the ZOOperstars!, among other fun amenities will be wrapped up in Wisdom Gym when Tarleton State Men's Basketball hosts Conference USA foe Jacksonville State.
TEXAN MEN'S BASKETBALL looks to pack Wisdom Gym when they host the Gamecocks of Jacksonville State at 7 p.m. Monday evening in hopes of reaching a seven-game win streak. Admission will be free for all fans in attendance and there are Texan ornaments reserved for the first 100 fans who walk through the doors. Halftime will be just as exciting as the game itself, as the ZOOperstars! will be in Stephenville to put on a show. To show appreciation to Tarleton State and the community as a whole, Sodexo is showing their gratitude with free popcorn to all faculty and staff of Tarleton State University and local schools who show their school ID card. The Texans will have a quick turnaround and head to Knoxville for their second Power Five conference matchup of the season when they face ranked Tennessee at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
TEXAN WOMEN'S BASKETBALL aims for a 2-0 streak in Louisiana after a, 88-64 win over McNeese and continues their stretch of road games as they face New Orleans at 11 a.m. on Monday. The Texans have a decent break to refresh and won't play again until the eve of New Year's Eve. Their next home game be Jan. 11 when conference play resumes.

TICKETS are available for all of the upcoming home events online at TarletonSports.com/tickets. The ticket office is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Memorial Stadium. Student tickets are available for free to Tarleton students from any campus with a valid university ID number but must be ordered in advance at TarletonSports.com/tickets.
TARLETON SPORTS RADIO SHOW features Texan Women's Basketball head coach Bill Brock and will resume on Tuesday, January 16 at 11:30 a.m. and will be each Tuesday of the week through March 5. The Bill Brock Show is presented by Bruner Auto Family and will take place in the Barry B. Thompson Student Center on Tarleton State's Campus.
