STEPHENVILLE, Texas – Tarleton State Beach Volleyball's home opening matches will be about two months sooner than originally planned. The Texans announced on Friday that they will host Concordia in a doubleheader on Wednesday, Feb. 25, at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Tarleton State Beach Volleyball Courts.
The Texans were originally scheduled to play at Concordia on Feb. 25, but the Tornados will instead travel to Stephenville.
These will be Tarleton State's first home matches since the Texans' inaugural season in 2024, when they hosted Texas A&M-Kingsville in a doubleheader on March 22.
Tarleton State will play six home matches this season, also set to host Howard Payne in a doubleheader on April 9 at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., then Mary Hardin-Baylor on April 10 at 10 a.m. and East Texas Baptist on April 10 at 3:30 p.m.
Tarleton State Beach Volleyball will begin its 2026 campaign at the Third Coast College Classic in Houston on Feb. 20, hosted by Houston Christian.
