Tarleton State Women’s Basketball to host three summer camps in June

STEPHENVILLE, Texas – Tarleton State Women's Basketball will host three different camps this summer June 15-17 and 25 at the EECU Center and Wisdom Gym.

The Texans will host the Texan Shooting Camp (June 15), Lil' Texan All-Skills Camp (June 16-17) and the Elite Prospect Camp (June 25). All camps will include instruction from three-time National Champion head coach Bill Brock, his coaching staff and current Tarleton State players.

The Texan Shooting Camp on June 15 is designed to develop higher level shooting and scoring skills. This camp helps players of all abilities refine essential basketball shooting techniques, footwork, and moves to the basket. The camp will be run like college player development workouts conducted at Tarleton State.

At the Lil' Texan All-Skills Camp June 15-16, campers will learn the fundamentals of basketball through a variety of drills and games. Lil' Texan All-Skills Camp is a great opportunity for any player looking to develop their fundamental skills in a fun, energetic, and entertaining environment. Daily fundamental instruction and individual attention for each camper will be provided on shooting, ball handling, passing, defensive techniques, rebounding and more. Campers will compete in free throw, hot shot, one-on-one and three-on-three contests.

The Tarleton State Women's Basketball Elite Prospect Camp is designed for high school student-athletes with aspirations of playing basketball at the collegiate level.
