STEPHENVILLE, Texas — Tarleton State Women's Golf will be hosting their fundraiser golf tournament on Friday, Oct. 2 at Squaw Valley Golf Course in Glen Rose, Texas.

Isabel Jimenez has announced her Women's Golf Fundraiser Golf Tournament sponsored by Niccoya is scheduled in two weeks. This will mark the third time in the last four years the event has been held. The tournament will be played as a four-player scramble. It is set to tee off with a shotgun start at 9 am.
The two-time defending WAC Champions has made a pair of NCAA Regional appearances the last two seasons. The squad also has posted the highest semester team GPA across all Tarleton Sports in the Division I era. The Texans will be in search of their third-straight conference title and first as a member of the United Athletic Conference this spring. Tarleton State joined the UAC as a full-fledged member on July 1, 2026. The squad has begun their fall slate with their first tournament just over a week ago at the Tulane Classic.
Entry for the tournament is 150 dollars per person, totaling 600 per team submission. The cost to be a hole sponsor is just 100 dollars per hole. After the completion of the day, lunch will be provided in the clubhouse.

Tarleton State will next be in action on Sept. 21 and 22 at the Yellowstone Intercollegiate hosted by Montana State. The two-day, three-round event in Bozeman, Mont. will be held at the Riverside Country Club.
