Tarleton enters Monday's game with a 9-1 overall record after returning to the win column with an 81-56 victory over Southwestern Oklahoma at Wisdom Gym on Saturday. The 9-1 record is the best 10-game start for the TexAnns since the 1983-84 team opened 9-1 as well.

The TexAnn offense played much better this time out, shooting .527 percent from the field, including a .556 percent effort from the floor in the first-half. Shelby Adamson recorded a team-high six assists and Haley grabbed four offensive boards for the TexAnns.
