Final Results
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – The Tarleton women's golf team had a strong second round at the Myrtle Beach Intercollegiate and finished in third place overall.
Jacqueline led the TexAnns for the second straight day with a 74, which tied for second on the individual standings. Sharon Lau shot a 78 and Sarah Fulfer shot an 81 which tied both of them for 10th place. Katy Ward shot a 78 and Sklyar Smith shot an 84 to round out the competition for Tarleton.
UNC-Pembroke won the event with a score of 618, followed by Tusculum College (621), Tarleton (623), Carson Newman (631) and Newberry (644).
Tarleton returns to action on Oct. 16 at the Golf Club of Dallas for the Dallas Baptist Invitational.
