Prokofeva teamed up with Jade Charlot to go 6-1 in doubles play during April, while going a perfect 6-0 over the month as well. She tallied singles victories over St. Mary’s, Southeastern Oklahoma, Central Oklahoma, Northeastern State (2) and Midwestern State that included a pair of wins at the LSC Championships (NSU and MSU) in Oklahoma City, Okla. The only loss she and Charlot came across in doubles action came to MSU in the first round of the LSC Championships. Prokofeva was named All-Lone Star Conference Honorable Mention and will be an instrumental piece for the TexAnns at the NCAA Division II South Central Regional in May.
