Tarleton State University Athletics

All-Conference honoree in 1985, 1986 and 1987 for volleyball.  She was named the team's MVP and selected to the all-district team in 1987.  Caldwell received the Most Inspirational Award all four of her seasons in volleyball.  In tennis, she was a member of the Texas Intercollegiate Athletics Association conference championship doubles team in 1988 and MVP in 1987.  The TexAnn Award for Leadership was also given to Caldwell the same year.
